HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION
The Impiana Hotel is the Official Hotel for Rail Solutions Asia 2013. It is situated just 3 minutes walk from the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), where the event will be held.
All participants are welcome to contact the hotel to book their required rooms
A number of rooms have been reserved, specifically for confirmed exhibitors and conference delegates. These rooms can only be booked using the On-Line Group Code, which is included in both the Exhibitor and Delegate Handbooks.

GETTING TO THE VENUE
Rail Solutions Asia will be held in the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). It is close to the Petronas towers in central KL. Those arriving by car or taxi should proceed along Jalan Pinang, taking the first left after the Mandarin Oriental Hotel for the car park, or the second left for drop-off at the main entrance .
For those using public transport, take the LRT Kelana Jaya Line to KLCC Station. After exiting the turnstiles, walk through the concourse level off the Suria KLCC shopping centre. When you reach Centre Court, turn left and go past Cold Storage to the Guardian Pharmacy. Take the covered walkway into the KLCC and the elevator to the Ground Level. From here pick up signs to Rail Solutions Asia.
The exhibition will be held in Hall 4 on the Ground Level of the venue.
