HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION
The Grand Hyatt Taipei is the Official Hotel for Rail Solutions Asia 2010. It is situated two minutes walk from the Taipei International Convention Centre, where the event will be held.
All participants are welcome to contact the hotel to book their required rooms
A number of rooms have been reserved at a reduced rate specifically for confirmed exhibitors and conference delegates. These reduced rooms can only be booked on-line, using the Event Code on the Official Hotel Reservation Form, which is included in both the Exhibitor and Delegate Handbooks.

GETTING TO THE VENUE
Rail Solutions Asia will be held in the Taipei International Convention Centre, which is on the corner of Hsin Yi (also written Xinyi) Road and Keelung Road.
The centre is served by a number of buses and a shuttle service from “Taipei City Hall” metro station. Taxis are cheap and plentiful, but please ensure that you get your hotel reception to write the name of the venue in Chinese before you leave your hotel (very little English spoken by Taxi drivers).
The exhibition hall and conference rooms are located on the ground and first floors of the venue. There are signs inside the venue to direct you to the relevant rooms.
