HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION
The Seri Pacific Hotel is the Official Hotel for Rail Solutions Asia 2011. It is situated two minutes walk from the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), where the event will be held.
All participants are welcome to contact the hotel to book their required rooms
A number of rooms have been reserved at a reduced rate, specifically for confirmed exhibitors and conference delegates. These reduced rooms can only be booked on-line, using the Event Code on the Official Hotel Reservation Form, which is included in both the Exhibitor and Delegate Handbooks.

GETTING TO THE VENUE
Rail Solutions Asia will be held in the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC). The main entrance to the venue is on the junction of Jalan Putra and Jalan Tun Razak and particpants arriving by taxi should ask to be left at this entrance.
For those using public transport, the PWTC station on the LRT line to Sentul Timur is only a few minutes walk from the venue. Take the left exit from the station and when you reach street level look across the road and to the left, to see the Seri Pacifi Hotel. Cross the road and walk past the main entrance to the hotel. From here pick up signs into the PWTC and to Rail Solutions Asia.
The exhibition hall and conference rooms are all located on Level 2 of the venue, which is the same level as both of the main entrances.
